SafeAssign is primarily designed to detect plagiarism by comparing submitted texts to existing sources. While it may flag AI-generated content if it closely resembles those sources, it is not specifically built to identify text as being generated by AI. If the AI-generated content is unique and doesn’t match existing material, SafeAssign may not catch it.
